Huawei’s recent Mate 30 launch has its fans amused to have another excellent smartphone packed with the latest Android software.
However, the firm has failed to supply as the new device cannot get Google’s Android smartphone applications even in a unique way. Some reviewers even speculate that the Huawei Mate 30 is a device that is on a massive flaw due to its scarcity of major smartphone operating system assistance.
As seen on Huawei’s Mate 30 show in their event in Munich, the new device comes furnished with its exceptional hardware namely its new 5G chipset, enhanced camera, and better display.
While the company angled the new smartphone’s specs, its Android Open Software program was not discussed as much during the launch. Many fans that were seeing live and on the show’s live stream were still hesitant if the new Mate 30 can support Google applications on board.
However, Huawei’s Mate 30 does not have an Android license which saves it from obtaining any Google smartphone app in any manner.
Huawei’s new phone cannot have Google Maps, Play Store access, and have any other Google-related applications that can be downloaded manually after buying the device. Without the license, and tries to install and run Google apps will not work on Mate 30.
With this problem, Huawei Mate 30 is provided as a problematic device to pick up according to analysts. A tweet from TechTalk said the Mate 30 is extinct on arrival due to its absence of Android features. More than enhanced specs and cameras, many customers often rely on smartphones due to its convenient applications and features.
Without the Android applications, the open-sourced Android system installed in the Mate 30 is foolish unless Huawei manages to hit a deal with Google or the U.S. government also. The Entity List ban on Huawei has been harshly affecting its business due to its regulations with working with U.S.-based firms.
