    would significantly improve their search and discovery features. They saw the Sweden-based IGDB
    startup as the perfect fit for the challenge.
    What will happen?
    IGDB or the Internet Games Database is a website dedicated to providing a relevant and detailed resource
    of information about games. The startup was founded by Christian Firth of back in 2015 and it still
    consists of a small team of ten people. It is confirmed that IGDB’s database will merge with Twitch. The
    platform will now provide a better user experience and a more efficient source of gaming content through
    automation and community distribution.
