Even though singers Tiffany and Debbie Gibson both found profound entitlement at a very young age in the music industry, there was not once news of blood between the pair.

“My relationship with Debbie Gibson, Deb to me, is great,” the ‘80s teen star, who is widely praised for her “I Think We’re Alone Now,” unveiled to Fox News, elucidating that even though “so many people thought we had a rivalry,” that kind of contentious relationship “never existed” between these two.

“We extremely didn’t understand one another to be honest with you, as girlfriends,” she further went on.

“We were so busy working our own careers. She’s East Coast, I was West Coast
In the recent past, the two singers came together for the previous year’s MixTape Tour as counterparts of New Kids on the Block, along with the hip hop acts Salt-N-Pepa as well as Naughty By Nature.

“It was very nice,” Tiffany explains “We would go on each other’s buses and just talk, have a cup of tea like girlfriends.

Talk, not regarding music however our personal lives and fashion.

It’s very nice to own her together of my love friends.”

Recently this summer, in distinct interviews with the Chicago Tribune, the two also addressed the situation of their so-called rivalry.

“I suppose folks fictitious a bit little bit of} a scandal or a bit bit of a competition, but there’s never been,” Tiffany added.

“We get on, and we’re excellent friends.”

“Tiffany and that I would run into one another on high of the Pops, or at a radio promotional concert, and we always had a great camaraderie,” added Gibson, 48.

“But we tend to didn’t have time to be best friends, because we were both off doing our own things and there were no cell phones.”

Media making scandals out of nothing for competing females is of course nothing new. In today’s world, it is kind of shocking to see two women compete and yet thrive without engaging in well… “catfights”.
Gibson went on to share about how she “always felt an extreme kinship” with Tiffany.

“I continuously felt it absolutely was a small amount like trying within the mirror, because she and I were both the only two American female teenagers doing what we were doing at

the level we were doing it,” she explained. “And that’s gotten stronger with time. … You can love us both now.

There’s no Bop magazine telling you you wish to choose.”
