Born as Daniel Hernandez on May 8, 1996, he is now famous as 6ix9ine/Tekashi69. He is n American rapper and song-writer, his professional life started very well. He became overnight famous in late 2017 after releasing his song “Gummo.” Gummo was in twelveth position on Billboard Hot 100 playlist. After few months, his song “Fefe” featuring Nicky Minaj saved its place at number 3 on Billboard Hot 100. He has gained most of the attention because of the legal issues he has been through all along.
The oldest and serious controversy is about sexually assaulting a girl. He had gone physical with a 13-year-old girl and later distributed videos of the incident online as part of a music video. There is a total of three videos, in the first one, the child is engaged in oral sexual intercourse with the defendant Taquan Anderson. Daniel Hernandez stands behind the child, making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on buttocks.
The child is nude in the video. 6ix9ine, in many interviews, has claimed about not being a part of such activity in the past. He has a very arrogant personality and once smacked his wife in front of everyone, also confessed about his affair with other women to his wife publically!

Tekashi 6ix9ine also attempted to make his way into J Prince Jr.’s block party on Sunday, which got held for the Rap-A-Lot Records CEO’s birthday. 6ix9ine wanted to make his way to the party even though he wasn’t invited. Tekashi’s reaction to that was all different than expected.

The list of misery never ends, on February 23, 2018, a member of the Tango Orejon gang named Adam got arrested at San Antonio International Airport. He got arrested by the San Antonio Police Department charged for making terroristic threats to Tekashi69 on social media. Rodriguez took issue with him after the sexual-misconduct case. Adam threatened Tekashi to do bodily harm to if he showed up for at a Bar 32 in San Antonio. However, Adam was taken into custody the same day. As per the schedule 69 arrived in San Antonio, for an event with bond set at $5,000.
Also, once in an interview and his Instagram post, he called himself the King of New York. He quoted, “If I weren’t the King of New York, y’all wouldn’t pay me no mind. If I weren’t the King of New York, y’all would be like ‘Just let that f**king clown talk, that n***a’s irrelevant.” The arrogant behavior of the rapper retook the limelight. The rapper is now world-famous not just because of his songs, but mostly because of his controversies. He is the part of more than 4-5 debates up till now. But still, his behavior doesn’t change for even a bit.
He has done some charitable work. Hernandez visited students at a school in his native Bushwick and donated to them. While his shoot of a video at Dominican republic, he donated around $100 to residents of the area. He said he would give some percentage of his hit with Nicky-Minaj “FeFe” to youth programs in New York.

On October 22, 2018, Hernandez spent the day with Tati, an eight-year-old girl in Brooklyn who is ill with brain cancer and wished to spend a day with him. Hernandez took her out for a shopping spree and spent whole da with her.
His controversy with well-known boxer Adrien Broner where he called him and radio personality Charlamagne The God a “clone.” Adrien got angry on the comment and once posted a video on his Instagram account:

Tekashi69 was accused of being participated in multiple acts of violence as part of a deadly gang. U.S. Magistrate Judge concluded an hourlong hearing by citing “troubling” evidence offered by an institute/ conduct legal proceedings against, showed that 6ix9ine directed or participated in multiple acts of violence over the last past months in 2018.
Assistant U.S. Attorney said a backpack stolen during a gunpoint robbery was founded at the 69’s Brooklyn residence, along with an automatic pistol during the raid. Tekashi69’s song “Day69,” is among the most downloaded records on iTunes. Attorney Longyear also said Tekashi69 got suspected of taking a video where his co-defendants carried out a robbery at Times Square. 6ix9ine has been one of the most growing and controversial rappers in hip-hop in recent months. 6ix9ine is also accused of acts of murder, robbery, and narcotics trafficking in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn since 2013.

He confesses about how he feels guilty about the whole thing which took place. He said he was only a kid of eighteen years at the time event took place. He was afraid at the time it took place because he had no money back then, and he was feeling helpless! His girlfriend was also pregnant with his baby at that time. Tekashi69 is 23 years old at present with a daughter named Saraiyah. Saraiyah was born on March 20, 2013, with her girlfriend, Sara Molina. He also has an extramarital affair.
Tekashi 6ix9ine has done a lot to describe. He would get sentenced to jail for a MINIMUM of 47 years in prison and a maximum of life behind bars after pleading to his deeds such as racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses, narcotics trafficking, etc. The list is never-ending for a person of just an age of 23. But as of now, the prosecutors have lessened the prison time may be up to ten or fewer years. But in negotiation, they are unclear about what 6ix9ine has to do in return.
