After receiving some negative reactions from the viewers (this summer) for the film Cats’ trailer on using heavy visual effects. The film’s producers requested people to give the film a chance before reaching any conclusion.
The director of the fantasy comedy-drama, Tom Hooper, told the audience that he had finished shooting the film and was creating a good crowd among the first audience to watch a full cut of the VFX-heavy film version of the hit Broadway musical, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
After the trailer launch, online commentators were quick to shrug their shoulders due to the cast’s unrealistic presence in the movie with the use of high VFX.

Many were disqualified from the sight of stars such as Taylor Swift and Idris Elba as anthropomorphic cats with a mix of digital swift technology and actors’ faces and human anatomy and movements.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the film’s cast took a positive stance on the backlash as the actors were simply delighted that their production was getting so much attention.
Actor Nohim Morgan said, “If you don’t know the music, do you like it like humans covered in fur and it’s like, h what is this? What is this world?” But once you get the film See, if you give it a chance and watch the film, you will forget that side of things and you will just join this story and this new world and you just appreciate what it is.”
The stars have attributed something new, especially felt by those not familiar with Broadway musicals who like actors in fur-cover costumes, walking like Feline Are & lavish makeup.
