Christina Anstead Revealed That 2020 Has Been Little Hard So Far

Christina Anstead went on Instagram on Wednesday, January 15, to be frank about how the New Year went for her, and it turned out that it was a bit rough.

The 36-year-old said in the footage, “Is anyone else kind of having a weird start to 2020?” “I was super excited about it, and I feel like things have been a little bit hard. I don’t know.” She even inserted a survey in which she requested fans to decide on whether or not 2020 was “so far, so good.”

Christina never seems to be afraid to keep people in the know. The Christina on the Coast host had her hands with two girls – Taylor, 9-year-old and Brayden, 4-year-old, whom she had with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. In September, her life became even more complicated as she welcomed baby, Hudson, whom she shares with her husband Ant Anstead.

Christina was juggling too much at once and warned the risks to other mothers. “well…I’m a moron” posted the blonde beauty at the time on Instagram.

“I felt totally fine since one week postpartum — like zero pain — but I was resting and taking it easy … and then I threw Tay a B-day party and was lifting and running around all weekend … And yesterday I woke up like, ‘Oh crap.’ … And today, ‘Oh crap,’ turned into, ‘Oh s–t. I definitely hurt myself.’”

She continued saying, “It’s not the C-section incision area that hurts. It’s my left abdomen, and it hurts bad. ;/ So please, [to] anyone who just had a baby: Don’t overdo it.

I always want to be the people, please, in the family and make sure everyone knows how much I care about them, but in doing so I wasn’t taking care of myself. Back to bed rest and baby cuddles.”

Luckily, parenting is made easy thanks to Tarek, who often hang with the babies. Once talking about how he does things function with Christina, he said he children are always given priority.
