Allegations arise on two brothers one of which served as an employee at Disney. The allegations suggest that two brothers have been stealing stuff from the Disney rides like wigs and costumes to sell them in the black market later on.

Patrick Spikes and Blaytin Taunton are the names of the two brothers who have supposedly stolen the articles from Disney to sell it off in the black market.

An animatronics character’s clothing was stolen last year from the backstage of the Epcot exhibit. The character ‘Buzzy’ was kept in hiding in an area that was inaccessible to the public. When found, it was noticed that the character ‘Buzzy’ did not have his green military-style cap, red bomber jacket and custom rubber hands which he was equipped with earlier. This was found out in August of 2018.

According to the allegations made, the Buzzy’s articles were stolen by none other than Patrick Spikes. Patrick Spikes not only stole buzzy’s articles but also other items from the haunted mansion and sold it off to the black market where he received thousands of dollars for them all.

Both of them are not actual brothers, but cousins. Blaytin Taunton apparently had posed to be a Disney employee to get access to all the articles which he stole along with his cousin, Spikes and sold to the black market to earn loads of money.

The host of Orlando Tourism Report which is telecasted on FM Radio, Ken Storey provided the public with a report of the grand theft and burglary that took place and was executed by the two cousins.

He stated that “Wonders of Life, anything that’s old-school Epcot, people love and people want anything that can remind them of retro Epcot.”
Patrick Spike and Blaytin Taunton are charged with burglary and theft.
