Gabriel Union is reportedly planning to sue fellow United States Got Talent judge Simon Cowell for “endangering his life” by smoking on the set of the NBC talent show American got talent.
The Bad Boys II actress was sacked from the show’s judge’s panel in November after a season, amid reports that she was left with concerns over several behind-the-scenes issues that created a “toxic atmosphere” in the work environment.
