As of now, there has been no announcement regarding any plans of revamping the show for another season by the production house Studio Ufotable. However, the media is sure that Demon Slayer will be coming with another season sooner or later as the novel the anime show is based on has still got a lot of stories untold.
As there is no shortage of content, it seems obvious that they will plan a return especially to treat the fan following the show has received.
Kimetsu no Yaiba, the original name of the story in Japanese has 18 volumes. Demon Slayer is centered around a boy named Tanjirō Kamado, whose entire family is slaughtered by a demon.
And his little sister Nezuko has been turned into a demon. He vows to make his sister human again, come what may.
Originally created in Japanese, Demon Slayer got dubbed in English for a larger audience. The show has already crossed the best watch barriers on Netflix, earning millions along the way.
Though there seems to be no reason for the show to not return, there is nothing much to do but wait till there is an official announcement about a Season 2 in the making.
