According to SeattlePI, the 117-year recent Queen Anne-style house in Denny Blaine is that the same one antecedently owned by Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love.
The 8,212 square-foot home contains four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a wine cellar and sits on 3/4 of an acre. Listed at the start of Sep, you’ll be able to own the house for a mere $7.5 million.

Cobain and Love purchased the house in January 1994 for a whopping $1.485 million. In April same year, Kurt Cobain committed suicide and was found dead within the urban center home.

The listing makes no mention of the previous house owners, with the real estate agent declining SeattlePI’s request for comment. Nirvana is receiving the twenty-fifth day of remembrance Vinyl Reissue of their classic ‘MTV Unplugged in New York’ performance.
