Once Meel Mike signed Yung Ro to Dream Chasers Records, he made a good decision. Yung Ro might have just rescued a guy from a possible suicide attempt.
Meek Mill’s newest signee was passing through Houston, Texas when he noticed a man apparently trying to jump off the top of a Volero gas station.
Then Yung Ro pulled over and did something that no one ever predicted. He stopped to talking about the man and might have been instrumental in saving the life of the man.
Yung Ro was heard saying on Instagram live, “Man this man about to jump off the roof y’all.” He continued saying, “Yo look at this man, We gotta get out.”
The friend of the rapper who was driving the car questioned whether he really wanted to pull over and Ro accepted. He repeated, “Pullover. This man on top of the roof.” Yung Ro walked briskly to the site that was illustrated with police, soldiers and firefighters.
He then began to scream at the guy sitting on top of the gas station to “stop playing like that.”
Onlookers, as well as law enforcement, surrounded the area. The rapper yelled with his hand gestures, “Come on man, stop playing like that bro. Don’t play like that man.
You bout to be gone.” Later, one of the officers allowed the rapper to go through and talk with the man sitting on the roof. While the cops still refused to allow Yung Ro’s friend who was the one recording at this stage to push in, he kept the live running and viewers got a chance to see Yung Ro arguing with guy albeit inaudibly.
After his eventful Instagram Live chat, everyone is now calling the teenage artist a “good Samaritan.”
