It’s official. Niecy Nash has gone for divorce from husband Jay Tucker.

At the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, Klaus Starr filed legal documents on Thursday, December 12. According to the filing, the case is listed as “dissolution without minor children”.
Nash, 49, and Tucker, whom she won in 2011, announced their split on social media on October 30 via social media.
“We believe in the beauty of truth. Should always be. The truth is that in this season of our lives, we are better friends than partners in marriage,” the dastardly couple said in a joint statement shared on Nash’s Instagram account.
“Our union was such a grand ride. And as we now go our separate ways, we feel fortunate for the love we share – the present tense. Thank you all for our support as a couple over the past eight years. we are grateful.”
This was his second visit to Nash’s marriage to an electrical engineer. The When See We As Us star was previously married to Don Nash from 1994 to 2007. The Scream Queens alum shared three children, sons Dominic and daughters Donielle and Dia, with Dawn.
Ahead of her May 2011 wedding, the Masters of Sex actress told us she had “no idea” how to plan the wedding.
“Some women have been planning their wedding since they were three years old, but I never put a sheet over my head and pretended that it was a veil,” he said. “I have a convenient black man who loves me.”
He said that for the first time around him “my reception room had folding chairs and a styrofoam heart as the centrepiece for the table. The calligraphy had a beautiful sign saying ‘Congratulations’ on the construction paper.”
Around the second time, the Gating star went down the road documented for a TLC special to join his fans and get some advice.
“They have been very amazing with passing along some of their business,” Nikki told of the response she received after posting a notice on her website for support.
“I want to know women that you can get a second chance. You can get a do-over. Through this show, I want to tell them that when you fall in love for the first time, it doesn’t happen the last time. “
