Andy Cohen, the executive producer of the series and host of the reunion shows sat down with the ladies of the ‘Real Housewives of Dallas’ to get the bad blood out before the premiere of the new season.
The season’s focus was LeeAnne’s Wedding. Towards the end, the focus shifted to her racist comment on Kary Brittingham who is a new housewife. Thus, the reunion had a focus on LeeAnne as well as the anger of Andy was directed on her.
Andy called LeeAnne’s comment vile and disgusting. But he did not stop there. What happened after was nothing compared to it.
During the initial 20 minutes, the focus was on LeeAnne’s wedding festivities. Andy also brought up that LeeAnne kept a five-hour-long break between the wedding and the reception.
LeeAnne tried to be coy with Andy and said that the time gap was because the production needed a break between the events.
Andy busted her by telling her that it was not true. He mentioned that they had shot many weddings for the series. Andy went after the housewife and busted her every excuse throughout the reunion.
Fans were overjoyed with Andy’s reaction to the housewife. The gentle Andy coming at LeeAnne so strongly.

LeeAnne posted on her Twitter a public statement apologizing for a racist comment. She wrote that she was sorry for having offended anyone with her comment on the Real Housewives of Dallas Season 4.
She wrote that she will keep the experience in her mind and will be more aware of hat comments she makes. She will work forward for fighting for equality and acceptance of all humans.
