The Exciting Games at PAX West 2019
PAX stands for Penny Arcade Expo. Penny Arcade Expo’s West is all about games but it works slightly different than Gamescom or E3. Unlike the others, PAX West focuses on highlighting the indie games and game designs themselves while others focus on spotlighting big publishers and developers.
First, you will have to enter the Indie Megabooth or Devolover Digital and then you can find Nintendo, Square Enix, Bungie, Ubisoft, and others available to you. Even if you do not find your genre, you will find something that would interest you.
The event is undoubtedly amazing for the attendees because it is jam-packed with events. From voice-overs speaking about what takes place in mastering their roles to developer workshops that center around increasing exclusivity in games, there are a plethora of options to choose from.
The full schedule is available on the PAX’s official website. PAX West 2019 Panel will not be available on the website just like other conventions. The event will have plenty of games and the visitors will be able to play the demo version of the games.
Game to be shown are Untitled Goose Game, Ooblets, Manifold Garden, Monster Prom 2: Death Camp, Elsinore, Praey for the Gods, Spiritfarer, Carrion, Heave Ho, Hotline Miami Collection, Once Upon a Time in Roswell, Black Skylands, Rawmen, Secret Neighbor, Borderlands 3, Gears 5, Cyberpunk 2077, Pokémon Sword and Shield, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Monster Hunter: Iceborne and many others.
Gary Whitta, a game journalist who has just started his career in screenwriting will kick start the event with his amazing speech. He has splendidly written for The Book of Eli and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. He has also made his great contribution to Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead series.
