Early Life
Jeffery Lamar Williams, aka Young Thug, was born on August 16, 1991, in Atlanta, Georgia, the United States.
He was the tenth child of eleven children of his parents based in Sylvan Hills. It was located in a neighborhood of Atlanta.
In his growing years, he was raised in Jonesboro South Projects. He was also friends with other notable rappers from the same neighborhood, like Ludacris, Waka Flocka Flame, and others.
He was also a childhood friend of Peewee Longwau, who was just four doors down from his house.
