The original network NBC’s upcoming episode has a clip from Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlistthat shows various “brogrammers” at the point of SPQR singing the title song from Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Jesus Christ Superstar.
The reason behind the celebration? Joan’s husband’s arrival, performed by stage alum Justin Kirk(HBO’s Angels in America).

Jane Levy as Zoey Clarke, The Musical dramedy stars, a computer coder who was after an unusual event, suddenly started getting to hear the innermost wants, thoughts, and desires of the people who are around her and her family, co-workers and strangers- via famous songs. The event starts a host of broadway alums, including Oscar winner Mary Steenburgen, well known as Candida as Zoey’s mother, Peter Gallagher, as Zoey’s father at the twentieth century, Alex Newell Zoey’s neighbor (Once on This Island), Skylar Astin as her co-worker and best friend(Spring Awakening) and Lauren Graham(Guys and Dolls) as her tech pioneer Boss.
On the 12th of January 2019, the production officially received a Pilot order. A few months later, i.e, on the 12th of May 2019, it was announced that the production has been given a series of instructions. A few days later, it was announced as the series would premiere as mid-season which is replacing mid-season of 2020.
Finally, on 7th Jan 2020, the series premiered as a special show and allotted to its frequent time slot on 16th Feb 2020. New Episodes can be watched on NBC on Sundays at 9 pm.
