Criss Angel shaves 5-year-old child’s head in the midst of cancer Treatment
Illusionist Chris Engel is clearing his young son’s cancer battle, revealing that he had leukemia at the age of 5 last month.
Long Island native Christopher Sarantakos shared a tender video that took to Instagram on Wednesday, in which he shot his son, Johnny Christopher because the young man underwent induction therapy.
“You want to keep your hair long, and we drop it when we fall and we put it in a ponytail? Or do you want to cut it?” The 52-year-old angel asks Johnny. The boy sits next to his mother and Angel’s longtime girlfriend Sean Benson.
After carefully shaking Johnny’s head, the post shows pictures of him being treated happily along with the little boy, where he successfully wore a red hat with the words “Childhood Cancer Survivor.”

“We can’t embrace ourselves with strength, courage, and everlasting love,” Angel captioned the emotional post.
Johnny first came out in 2015 at just 21 months of age.
In late September, things were looking up for the family after Johnny’s ship was evacuated, Angel said, and they’ve been waiting for almost four years.
After telling TMZ early last month that leukemia had returned, both Angel and Benson have been actively recording their son’s fight on their social media accounts and childhood cancer.
