It has not been long since Jodie comer bagged her award at the Emmys but she has already started making subtle moves on the big screen.
Reports suggest that she is already planning to return on the big screen with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck while jumping on the ship of the Last Duel.
The revenge drama is rumored to be in talks with Jodie to feature her in the big-budget drama along with two greatest actors. It is likely that we will get to see the 26-year-old actress at the big screen alongside Ben and Matt.
Although neither the filming nor the confirmation is up yet if the filming is confirmed then it is likely that the production and shooting will begin by January next year, i.e. 2020.
The story revolves in medieval France and tells us about the last judiciary duel that took place in the period. The essence is based on a book named The Last Duel: A True Story of Trial by Combat in Medieval France.
The story is set in the 14th century of France. The plot tells us about a man who returns after the war only to discover that his own wife has been brutally raped by his very own friend. Matt and Ben are going to play the friends but which one is still ambiguous. Jodie is however in talks of playing the wife.
This is the first in 22 years when Ben Affleck and Matt Damon will reunite for a script after their Oscar-winning script in 1997 for the Good Will Hunting.
The France medieval period script will be directed by Ridley Scott. The Pearl Streets Film Company by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will be co-producing the script of The Last Duel.
On the other hand, Jodie Comer’s Killing Eve has also been renewed for a third season.
